Coffee Service Group (CSG) is a European coffee solutions provider dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality coffee experiences for professional environments. With operations across Europe, five locations, and a team of over 80 service technicians, CSG supports customers throughout the entire lifecycle of professional coffee machines: from delivery and installation to maintenance and long-term technical service. By combining a local presence with structured service processes, we help businesses reduce downtime and ensure consistent coffee quality in daily operations.

Our story began in 1997 with Hillewaert, originally founded as a specialized distributor of professional coffee systems from leading brands. Fueled by a strong reputation for quality and service, the company has evolved steadily over the years. With the strategic support of investor Sofindev and the merger with Espresso Service Dienst (ESD) in 2024, this growth led to the creation of Coffee Service Group, which combined decades of expertise into a broader European service network with an extensive and carefully curated coffee portfolio.

Today, CSG serves key European markets, with a strong presence in the Benelux and surrounding regions, while actively expanding into Germany and other European countries. We work closely with offices, hospitality venues, retail concepts, and professional foodservice operators. We offer both premium fully automatic coffee machines for high-volume, high-quality environments and semi-automatic solutions geared towards specialty coffee and barista-driven concepts.
